In-Person Sessions

These sessions are based on the client’s needs. All sessions are 60 minutes, unless otherwise discussed. Availability is limited.

1-on-1 sessions – 60 min:

  • One (1) session
  • Five (5) sessions
  • Ten (10) sessions

Group Fitness (60 min) :

  • 4 to 5 people per group
  • Ten (10) sessions

Online Training Only

Plans include a free Assessment and Consultation. Each plan is customized for each individual and includes strength training and cardio workouts.

The plans are personalized and created with each individual’s goals and objectives in mind.

  • 90 Day Program

Online + 2 In-Person Sessions

Plans include a free Assessment and Consultation, as well as two (2) In-Person Training Sessions. Each plan is personalized and customized to include strength training and cardio workouts, track workouts and/or at-home training.

The plans are created with the client’s goals and objectives in mind.
