Fyt Kids
In 2019, Ambyr launched Fyt Kids, a Physical and Mental Strength Program for young girls. The purpose behind Fyt Kids is to teach them about strength, mobility and coordination, while also focusing on confidence and self-esteem.
Each Fyt Kids session, which takes place once a week over the course of eight weeks, mainly caters to girls between the ages of 8 and 10 years old because studies have shown that this is the age range when girls often start to question or doubt themselves, become more aware or embarrassed of their bodies, experience peer pressure, etc. And being the mom of an 8-year-old girl, Ambyr was starting to notice things like this at home, so it’s something that’s close to her heart.
Through physical fitness, team building and mind exercises, Ambyr’s hope is that this class becomes a confidence-building, brain-growing, learn-from-mistakes, failure-accepting and love-sharing kind of place. For more information on Fyt Kids, email Ambyr@AmbyrFyt.com.
